Craft a Business OS
The Business Design Session begins with a dialogue on business designs impact across an organization. How might we advance our design craft to extend into creating design-led organizations that see design as a systems-based mentality? Session attendees will build a conceptual business model by applying HCD methods and techniques within a mock scenario.
Schedule + Outcome
- Dialogue | Discuss how business design builds a products value
- Practice | Explore mindsets and methods of a business designer
