Session 1
Overview
The first session begins with a dialogue centered around design values. What mindsets, values, ethics do modern designers need to solve 21st century challenges? Session attendees will organically explore the range of values-based design principles to take into their product design workflow.

Ecological Teams
Session 2
Overview
The second session launches into a dialogue on how to leverage ecological design teaming. How is it that teams continuously think about improving their organizing structure, process, and policy? Session attendees will model an organizing framework for product teams of the future.

Design Extents
Session 3
Overview
The third session looks at the ever-evolving nature of domain extends in the world of design. What new design domains might we transition into or extend across our work? Session attendees will examine opportunities for further building their design craft, both in skill set breath and depth.

Creative Intel
Session 4
Overview
The fourth session considers how designers can further amplify the impact of design through creative intelligence. What affirming attributes does our CQ have in our decision-making process? Attendees will examine how to leverage the full extent of our design influence to catalyze stakeholders through visceral engagements.

Session Lead
Tyler Hartrich
Tyler is a product designer with a mission to create delightful digital experiences that deeply impact people’s lives. With an academic background in urban design, ecological systems design, and an MBA in Sustainable Enterprise, he approaches design problems with a human-centered methodology, focusing on building empathy throughout the design process.
He has worked with organizations spanning solar technology, electric bicycles, organization design, farm-to-fork food systems and climate impact analysis for local governments. Tyler is a current UXDI Immersive instructor at General Assembly in New York City.
