Circular networks

Creating a game plan for infiltrating the design industry is a critical first step in building your design influence. This is a difficult proposition when done as a solo effort. Network-based mentoring is an integral component of building accountability and action steps for moving forthward.

Relational Organizing

The operating language in an organization is core to its ability to clearly communicate with one another. If you were to build a networked diagram of the relationships in your workplace, what would it look like? It is likely that the range of connections you have across the org exceeds your direct team by an order of magnitude. These cross-functional conversations that take place are likely stripped of hierarchy (not in title, but in responsibility). And so, it is imperative that we unlock the full potential of our organizing networks.
