Map the Experience Journey
The Service Design Session begins with a dialogue about the newfound value in Service Design roles. How might we advance our design craft to extend into creating researched-back services? Session attendees will create a pitch that expounds on the value a service designer provides within a mock scenario.
Schedule + Outcome
- Dialogue | Discuss how service design builds a products value
- Practice | Explore mindsets and methods of a service designer
- Implement | Extend your craft with a service design project
This is an instructor-led session held live over a remote Zoom call. (You will receive a Zoom link with your enrollment email).
